Terms of use

Last updated: 26 May 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Pegly service (the “Service”). By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • Owner — a person who registers an account and lists their water in the Service for online booking.
  • Angler — a person who books a swim on a water via the public page.
  • Water — a pond or other body of water that an owner adds to the Service.
  • Swim — an individual spot on a water available for booking. Session — a booking period (e.g. day, night or 24h).

2. Purpose of the Service

Pegly gives owners a tool to publish waters and configure swims, prices and sessions, and gives anglers the ability to view free spots and submit booking requests. Pegly is a technical intermediary and is not a party to the arrangement between the owner and the angler.

3. Registration and account

Access to the owner dashboard requires registration. You undertake to provide accurate data and keep it up to date, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account.

4. Bookings

An angler’s booking request is a request that the water owner confirms or declines. A booking is not an online-payment contract: payment for using a swim is made directly between the angler and the owner according to the rules of the specific water. Pegly does not receive payment for bookings and is not responsible for settlements between the parties.

5. Owner obligations

  • provide accurate information about the water, swims, prices and sessions;
  • process requests promptly and keep availability up to date;
  • comply with the laws of Ukraine in their activity.

6. Angler obligations

  • provide accurate contact details when booking;
  • follow the rules of the specific water;
  • not create knowingly false or bulk requests.

7. Intellectual property

The name, logo, design and source code of the Service belong to Pegly. Content an owner adds about their water remains theirs, but the owner grants Pegly the right to display that content as part of operating the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We make efforts to keep it running without interruption but do not guarantee the absence of errors or downtime. Pegly is not responsible for the actions of owners and anglers, the quality of services at waters, or the outcomes of arrangements between the parties.

9. Suspension and blocking

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, abuse, or actions that harm other users or the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing agreement, in the manner provided for by the laws of Ukraine.

12. Contacts
